Delete your account
A Vespera Digital product.
You can remove your form. account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
From inside the app, immediately
Open form., go to You, then Settings, then Delete account. This removes your account straight away and needs no waiting.
By request, if you no longer have the app
Email support@vespera-org.com from the address you signed up with, using the subject Account deletion request. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and sooner where we can.
What is deleted
Your account and sign in details, your wardrobe photographs and base photograph, your saved looks and outfit history, your taste profile and the signals behind it, your on body previews, and your push notification tokens. Private images are removed when the account is deleted and cleared from backups within 30 days.
What is kept, and why
Records of purchases are held by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own retention rules, because they process payments rather than us. We also retain limited records where the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting. Cancelling a subscription is done through the store, and deleting your form. account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your taste profile is what makes the daily edit personal, and it cannot be recovered once removed.
