Privacy policy
A Vespera Digital product.
Effective 13 September 2026. Privacy is a design principle in form., not an afterthought. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep. This document applies to the form. mobile application, operated by Vespera Digital.
What we collect
Your email address and account credentials; the style preferences you choose; closet photos, looks and journey entries; membership and credit records; coarse, rounded location only when you allow weather aware suggestions; push tokens when you allow reminders; and basic technical and product use events that keep the service reliable and help us understand the funnel. We do not send photos, emails or names to analytics tools.
What we never do
We never sell your data, show your photos to other members, use your images for marketing or train artificial intelligence models on your content. The taste graph and ranking logic are kept confidential as part of the service's trade secret protections.
How photos and try on work
Closet photos and your optional full body try on base photo are stored in private buckets reachable only through your signed in account. The colour and fit read sends the photograph to our configured AI provider for analysis. Try on sends the consented base photo and selected garment image to the configured provider and stores the returned result in your private account. You can delete the base photo in Settings and private images are removed when you delete your account. Providers may process or hold image data briefly under their published terms, so image based features are optional.
Artificial intelligence and analytics
Styling suggestions send the text of your style profile and closet descriptions to our AI provider. Sentry receives crash information only when configured. PostHog receives product events identified only by your user id; it does not receive photos, email addresses, names or raw image data. AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional advice.
Weather location
If you choose weather aware edits, form. requests foreground location permission and stores only coordinates rounded to one decimal place, intended to represent a city area rather than a precise location. We use them to request a forecast from Open-Meteo and to tailor the edit. You can clear them in Settings at any time.
Payments
Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see or store your card number. The store provides the transaction and product information needed to reflect your entitlement in form.
Your controls
You can export your data and delete your account from Settings. You can turn off daily reminders, clear the weather location and delete the try on base photo. Account deletion permanently removes your private photos and records from the active service; backups clear within 30 days.
Data protection and age gate
The operator of form. controls the personal data described in this policy and uses it to provide the app, secure accounts, process memberships, deliver requested styling features and understand product reliability. We keep account, wardrobe, look and taste records while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove private images and active records; backups are cleared within 30 days. Store billing records remain subject to Apple or Google retention rules, and we retain information where the law requires it. Where relevant, your data may be processed outside your country by Supabase, our configured AI providers, Apple, Google, Open-Meteo, Sentry or PostHog. We do not send photos, email addresses or names to analytics tools. For a data question or request, contact support@vespera-org.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country. form. is intended for people aged 18 or over and we do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18.
Where data lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider Supabase in the European Union. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, subject to our provider's terms and the safeguards described in this policy.
