Billing and refunds

Effective 13 September 2026. This is how billing, cancellation and refunds work for form. memberships and visual credits. This document applies to the form. mobile application, operated by Vespera Digital.
Billing
form. Plus renews automatically each month or year after the three day free trial unless you cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Visual credit packs are one time purchases. The store you purchased through handles payment, billing records and applicable taxes.
Three day trial
The monthly and yearly plans start with a three day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial through the store and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the selected plan is charged when the trial ends. Trial members receive three complimentary on body previews; full monthly credits begin only after paid renewal.
Cancelling
Cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the store's rules.
Refunds
Purchases through Apple or Google are refunded through the store's process, and we will help you find the correct route. If something went wrong with a charge or renewal, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate. Used visual credits are not refundable; unused packs bought within 14 days may be eligible where applicable law and store rules allow. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
