A Vespera Digital product.
Effective 13 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and form. They apply whenever you use the form. app or any service we provide through it. This document applies to the form. mobile application, operated by Vespera Digital.
What form. is
form. is a personal style companion. It organises your wardrobe, composes outfits and provides styling opinions generated with the help of artificial intelligence. Styling suggestions are guidance for your own judgement, not a guarantee of any result.
As is service
The service is provided as is and as available, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose. Styling suggestions are guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome.
Styling and AI are not professional advice
form. provides opinions on style generated with AI. They are not professional, medical, psychological or financial advice, may be inaccurate, and you rely on them at your own discretion. We never rate your body, face or attractiveness.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your sign in details safe and for everything done under your account. Photos you add and looks you build remain yours. You grant form. only the limited licence needed to store and process them so the service can work for you. We never use your photos to advertise, share them with other members or train models on them.
Membership and credits
form. Plus is a paid membership billed monthly or yearly after the three day trial unless cancelled through the store. Visual credits are used by the try on feature. Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, according to the store through which you purchased.
Licence restrictions
You receive a limited, personal, non transferable and revocable licence to use the app. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell or create derivative works from the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Intellectual property
form. and its licensors own the software, code, design, models, taste graph, trademarks and content. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership. You retain ownership of your photos and looks and grant only the limited licence described above.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify form. against claims arising from your misuse of the app, your uploaded content, your violation of these terms or your infringement of another person's rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, form. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost profit damages. Total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, subject to any legally required minimum. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death, personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Disputes and governing law
Disputes are intended to be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Nairobi under Kenyan arbitration law, with Kenyan law governing, and with no class or representative action to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer law in your home country may still apply.
Termination and changes
form. may suspend or terminate accounts for non payment, security risk, abuse or legal reasons, with a pro rata refund of unused prepaid time where required. We may change these terms with notice. Events outside reasonable control do not create liability; invalid provisions are severed; these terms are the entire agreement.
